Flight Safety Report Summary on the February 2018 CH-146 incident

The Department of National Defence’s Airworthiness Investigative Authority has concluded their investigation into an incident involving a CH-146 Griffon helicopter in Opa-Locka, Florida, on February 28, 2018, where a life raft fell from the helicopter, and through the roof of a house.

This document, called an Epilgoue, is a summary of the investigation.
